Did you know that if you have a complaint you can write the white house and email! I never really thought about it, until I saw a CNN news report with Sanjay Gupta and the workers down in the Gulf. They said that they can’t even clean up, because all the equipment they need is being held up in bureaucratic tape! You can see the massive frustration that has turned to obvious sarcasm because they are in the disbelief at the amount of time it is taking to get the government to “wake the f’ Up!” - I got so frustrated by this news that I decided to voice my opinion to Mr. President. So I went to the website - www.whitehouse.gov and wrote the president my opinion. I asked why does every other country get preferential treatment before us? When are we going to matter? When are you going to dump OUR MONEY back into OUR COUNTRY? Why is he not ‘affecting change’ like he said? Why is this BP Spill taking so long? This should be our Number ONE Priority! I know its hard to manage it all, but please if you want to make change start by getting in there and making it a priority. The media is making a mockery out of this administration and if I have to listen to my Mom say one more time, how she can’t wait for him to be out of office, I’m going to jump into that oil spill myself! CNN is on top of it, thank god for that… but what’s it going to take? They said bug your congressman. Is that what it comes down to? Bug your congressman? What the f are the congressman doing? Oh, that’s right the same things they always do. Back to my email, so I write this email and hit send. Ouch. For a moment, I was thinking I just exposed myself to the gov. they might be able to call me a terrorist and take me in and seriously I questioned what I had done. My email included “why are you killing this country? Save your people instead of the rest of the world” I should have said instead of Israel! Playing it safe, doh! Then I wrote it off thinking, I’ll never be heard from again. But instead I got this and now I’m going to throw up in my mouth!

The Ongoing Administration-Wide Response to the Deepwater BP Oil Spill: July 1 - July 7, 2010

Are you having issues with money? How about bills piling up, credit card companies calling and harassing you? Are you caught between wanting to live and having to do whatever it takes to live! Well, you are not alone. I am in the same boat. I am creating a high vibration water to support people, and clearly that’s not enough because we still don’t have the major investment we need to take AQUAMANTRA to the next level. We are all in this together. I sought advice from a friend who told me that I should take some time to get clarity and I did, yet the money still didn’t show up. However, I am getting some good practice with the Art of Allowing. Let the walls come crumbling down, it is all just an experience. WHOA! That is not what I am choosing though, right? Its a weird and quite frankly awkward balance between guiding your ship on the high seas and letting go of the wheel at the same time. In my world, its back to the drawing board I go. Lucky for me I’m surrounding by UBER fantastic Coaches and teachers who’s information drops in my lap. This week I was told about a Teleseminar put on by Andrea Hess http://www.EmpoweredSoul.com which was all about business. One of the first speakers I heard was a woman by the name of Morgana Rae. Let me preface that I am no stranger to The Secret or ALL their teachers, plus a handful of others ( Jack Canfield, Rev. Michael Beckwith, Ramtha, MARY, ABRAHAM, ACCESS ) just to name a few… but for some reason I’ve ignored the transformation I need to GENERATE money. Until what I believe to be now! So listen up - Morgana Rae I believe has tapped into something pretty amazing. It might sound a bit corny and you might laugh, but I can attest it works!

Last night was the first night of summer. Ahhhhh to finally be here! Yipee! While it was a bit on the chilly side, it was the marker in time that was important yesterday. Here’s a little background on what a Solstice is. For me… it was the end of the garbage I have been filling my head with and time to make a clean break into a new space and time. I’m always in favor of a good time and since I had my ‘drum’ experience at the beach and well, since I got my piano - I’m into anything that will raise the vibration, the frequency in and around us… like music. Last night I declared our own drum circle and bonfire. My husband who thinks that I am slowly falling off the deep end rolled his eyes and internally, was thinking what the hell is she doing, as I used pens to pound on the back of a bucket to make my drum sound. He said I was too loud and disturbing the neighbors, what with my ancient hum hum hum tune? So he went inside and brought us some paper plates! What a contribution! When placed over the bucket, it sounded like a real drum! I decided that we my husband, my roomie and I were going to burn the old and invite the new emotions that is. I asked them to take a piece of paper and write down what it is that they wanted to get rid of. For me, I wrote I’m tired of feeling like a failure with this and with that. At first it was a little sad to see myself being so judgemental, but it was only in my own eyes that I was a failure- awareness is the key. As I wrote I began to run out of things that I was failing at and that was expansive, I’m not as bad asI was making myself out to be! With a heav ho I crumbled my paper and threw it in the fire, thinking begone! Then my roomie played guitar and we did some more drumming, it was raw and open and the moon moved quickly through the sky while we wrote down our thoughts. Next, I took a large sheet of paper and wrote everything I desired! WOW, this was so much fun. I couldn’t see too much by the fire ( it was a duraflame in my backyard fire pit) but I just kept writing. The more I wrote the more I could feel myself expanding, creating the possibilities of what I truly wanted, right now in this moment of time. We are all moving so fast around the cycles of our life and generally don’t stop to take inventory of what we truly desire. Yes, it pops in your head like a flash of inspiration, but they key to the universe receiving it and acting on it, is writing it down in true form. As I wrote frantically I felt empowered, because of all the things I wrote down I knew they were all possible and I allowed myself to move into areas that were fun and enjoyable like; I desire to learn how to sail again and I desire to get really good at the piano. I wrote it all down and this time when I threw it in the fire, I shouted in my mind to the sky I am grateful for the opportunity to create these desires, I can and I will! Everyone else did the same, probably not with as much enthusiasm, nevertheless they did it. My husband said it felt good for him to write about the things he wanted. Making some progress, how’d I get so lucky!? Then after that I did the same thing for the earth. I wrote what I wanted to go away, like the oil that is killing the animals, the poverty on our planet, the corruption, etc. And then what I am grateful for and what a magical earth could be like. That was my contribution to Mother Earth… I did it with conviction and true emotion. This may sound silly to you, but the reason I’m writing this the very next day is I FEEL FANTASTIC TODAY!

I woke up saying ” ALL OF LIFE COMES TO ME WITH EASE, JOY AND GLORY” 10 maybe 20 times. I gave big hugs to my puppy Layla and generated all kinds of love. This is called your heart center. Read the rest of this entry »

Thank you Dr. Emoto! Once again he has been the leader in bringing us the ways to heal the water. A few weeks ago I had an idea to create a facebook page that would ask people to consciously thank the water for being here for us. I wasn’t quite sure what to say. My friend Charissa and I went down to a little cove, called the water village in Laguna Beach and we had a mock ceremony. We brought some flowers, and in lieu of a drum (don’t laugh) I brought a home depot bucket! I turned it over and while my friend sang a beautiful vibration, I lead us into a meditation and my very own incantation of gratitude for the ocean, gratitude and safety for all the animals and creatures in the ocean. It was really remarkable to feel that connection, but also feel the sadness. When we were done the water splashed on shore, as if in gratitude back. And before both our eyes the water stretched its wave all the way up to meet me feet! I was pretty far from where it was normally rising to… it was definitely a connection to the water. We can change the outcome of this spill, we don’t have to keep feeding the grief, worry and sadness of the spill. We, as lightworkers, as humans are moving into and can absolutely use our minds to affect change. I got the email from a long time acquaintance from Dr. EMOTO.

EVERY DAY - please say this and visualize gratitude for the Ocean. Print this out and put it where you can see it. If you drink AQUAMANTRA then you know that energy changes the water. Let’s all make this change for our mother earth and her water that has been tainted.
